iSort’s Analytics feature collates all information from the lodged Kaizens, allowing you to identify problematic systems, areas, times and dates with a high numbers of incidents, as well as automatically assessing departmental and employee performance – all automatically and at a glance.
ACTION PLAN AND INTEGRATIONS
The intelligent iSort CMMS will help you formulate an action plan based on the integration of historic data and the analytics of specific issues, assessing the length of tasks and helping to allocate resources along the schedule. Management and staff can also upload helpful instructional documents and instructional commentary to guide the work as the schedule unfolds, ensuring best practice. Action plans are extremely flexible and can be modified by supervisors and management as needed.
CORPORATE BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
Our unique Corporate Business Intelligence feature allows management to asses the resolution and development of events. Users can see events and issues on various levels, such as geographic location, day, month or individual incidents. These insights are presented in easy-to-asses visualisations and are exportable as PDF documents for reports and presentations.
